Subscription Data

• Subscription status and renewal details are managed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
• We do not process or store payment card information directly. All payment transactions are handled by the respective app store.
• We receive a token confirming your subscription status — we do not receive email addresses or personal information.

Device Information

• We do not collect device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID).

Usage Data

• Your language preferences, game progress, and subscription status are stored locally on your device. We do not collect your name, email address, or other personal information.
• Data is stored locally on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app or clear app data. Subscriptions can be restored on a new device using the "Restore Purchases" button.

2. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

• LingoCard offers a paid subscription that provides full access to all game modes and features.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain your learning progress.
• To manage subscription access and verify authorization for premium features.
• To improve the App's content and gameplay based on aggregate usage patterns.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising networks. LingoCard displays no advertisements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Exceptions:

• Service providers: Our infrastructure may process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
• Payment processors: Apple App Store and Google Play Store handle subscription payments; we do not receive or store your payment card information.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Children's Privacy

LingoCard is designed for users of all ages, including children. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and equivalent regulations (such as GDPR-K) in other jurisdictions.

No Account Required

• LingoCard does not require an account or email address for any user, including children.
• All collected data is limited to learning progress — no personal information is collected.

Information We Collect from Children

• Children can use the app without any personal information being collected. Learning progress stays on the device.
• Subscriptions may be purchased (by a parent) through the App Store or Play Store, verified by local store receipt — no email address required.

Parental Rights

Parents or legal guardians have the right to:

• Review the personal information we have collected about their child.
• Request deletion of their child's personal information.
• Refuse further collection or use of their child's information.
• Withdraw previously given consent at any time.

8. Data Retention

Learning progress data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the App's functionality. As no personal information (name, email) is collected, there is no account data to delete. You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from device settings. Server-side data can be deleted upon request (see Section 10).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
