These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LingoCard ("App", "we", "us") mobile application. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. General

LingoCard is an educational app designed to help children build English vocabulary through illustrated cards and interactive games. The App is developed and provided by Burak Karaca.

2. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

LingoCard offers auto-renewing subscriptions that provide full access to all game modes and features.

2.1 Subscription Options

• Monthly subscription: Renews automatically every month.
• Yearly subscription: Renews automatically every year.

Subscription prices are clearly displayed in the app's purchase screen and in the Apple App Store / Google Play Store interface. Prices are subject to change with notice; your existing subscription will continue at the current price until the next renewal period.

2.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal charge will be applied to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings on your device.

2.3 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. Trial terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

2.4 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partially used periods.
• After cancellation, premium feature access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Restore Purchases

Previously purchased subscriptions can be restored using the "Restore Purchases" button within the App. This checks your App Store or Play Store account for associated subscriptions.

4. Privacy

For information on how your data is collected, used, and protected, please see our Privacy Policy. LingoCard does not require user accounts, does not collect personal information, and does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

5. Intellectual Property

The LingoCard name, logo, and app design are owned by Burak Karaca. OpenMoji emoji graphics used in the App are provided by the OpenMoji project under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license. All other content and software rights are reserved.

6. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App without authorization.
• As no account creation is required, we have no responsibility for account security.

7. Limitation of Liability

LingoCard is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable technology. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store — Subscription processing and distribution on iOS devices.
• Google Play Store — Subscription processing and distribution on Android devices.

These services have their own terms of use and privacy policies.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Türkiye.
